Transcriptomics Analysis & Pipeline Engineering:

End-to-end processing and analysis of short- and long-read RNA-sequencing data, transforming raw sequences (FASTQ), alignments (BAM/CRAM) or count matrices into biological discoveries. I implement custom, reproducible pipelines covering quality control, de novo transcriptome assembly, novel isoform annotation, alternative splicing, and differential expression. Population Genetics & Large-Scale Association Studies:

Comprehensive quality control, processing, and statistical analysis for population-level variant datasets (VCF/BGEN/PLINK). Utilizing scalable cloud computing, I develop pipelines for Genome-Wide and Phenome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS/PheWAS), statistical fine-mapping, colocalization, and Mendelian Randomization. Backed by extensive experience handling multi-terabyte cohorts—including the UK Biobank and All of Us Research Program—I seamlessly integrate proprietary datasets with public repositories to deliver functional variant annotations and validated causal insights.


Multi-Omics Integration & Systems-Level Prioritization:

I build unified workflows that integrate diverse omics modalities to uncover systemic biological mechanisms and prioritize high-confidence leads. My expertise spans the joint analysis of genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, and RNA-protein dynamics datasets. By layering these molecular readouts with functional CRISPR/RNAi screens, I apply a unique systems-level perspective to translate fragmented multi-omic datasets into a single, cohesive map of gene regulation, variant impact, and macro-scale therapeutic or environmental pathways.

I provide strategic scientific oversight and high-impact data curation to accelerate research milestones, secure funding, and ensure project alignment.
